Twcbet Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the twcbet platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use twcbet's services.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing twcbet via mobile device, web browser, or the official application. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
To register a twcbet account, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. twcbet only accepts applications from individuals who are legally permitted to use online entertainment services in their region of residence. Each individual is allowed to hold only one registered account.
Registration Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. twcbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of such information. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login credentials confidential. twcbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to secure their login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the twcbet platform, you agree to comply with all stated rules and will not:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of applicable regulations in Malaysia.
- Attempting to access sections of the twcbet system or database that are not open to the public.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or scrape data from the platform without written authorisation from twcbet.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or activity that harms other users.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party.
- Distributing unlawful, inflammatory, or rights-infringing content through any communication feature on the platform.
Twcbet reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, against any user found to be in violation of the above rules.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the twcbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and other approved local banking channels. twcbet does not accept direct deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits & Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change. All deposits are subject to an internal verification process before being credited to the account balance. twcbet reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction deemed suspicious or unusual.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for each method. Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as the twcbet account holder. twcbet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. Any taxes or charges arising from transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.
Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, exploit promotions fraudulently, or engage in money laundering will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. twcbet cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in the investigation of such cases.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Twcbet provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. twcbet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, data inaccuracies, or third-party system failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the twcbet platform — including designs, graphics, text, logos, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of twcbet or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without the express written consent of twcbet.
Third-Party Links
The twcbet platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. twcbet does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the twcbet platform will be resolved through procedures established by twcbet management, and users agree to abide by such decisions as final and binding.
6. Account Closure Policy & Terms Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
Twcbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud or illegal activity, a request from a competent authority, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to fraud, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings. Any unused balance (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures upon completion of identity verification.
Terms Amendments
Twcbet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
